Probably about the most stressful thing I can think of is going to job interviews. This week I've gone to two.
I've become desensitized to where getting the interview doesn't even feel exciting anymore. It seems like everyone says they're hiring but no one is. Everyone does this thing they didn't used to do where they automate scheduling the interview, so sometimes you have a date planned and the person you'll be seeing doesn't even know about you. It's because they want your data. Having HR do interviews even though they have no plans to take anyone is just part of the business model now or something.
Or maybe I'm just unhireable? It can't be that. Can it?
I don't give a shit anymore. I can't do interviews anymore.
The drink sucks.
